This was our 2nd time staying at hardrock and we were not disappointed ! Feels like home when you return and staff remember you ! Jacob and lunya go above and beyond every morning at breakfast making it a special start to the day ! Room clean , pool awesome and have booked another visit in september ! The only issue we were not happy with was check in ! We arrived at 3pm and told our room was not ready ( check in 2pm) . When asked again 20 mins later and told it was still not ready i asked why not when check in is at 2 , the receptionist was not helpful or understanding . When we got to the room the the tag on the door said the room had been cleaned and inspected at 12.30 ! Not impressed Everything else we are extremely happy with and cant wait to return !

Amazing experience from check in to check out Travelled with my two children for a birthday celebration and could not fault the hotel, staff, food and experience Cleanliness of all areas is spotless, staff very friendly, quality of food served amazing Entertainment for the children in the day was great and they made some fantastic friends, special mention to the entertainment team, as my nine year old said, BANGING 😀 No reserving sunbeds, enough for all guests, happy hour in the afternoon, music and vibe around the pool, in general amazing Loved the street food market next to the hotel, trying out all the local delicacies which made the experience even more enjoyable Don't let the fact the hotel is in Pattaya with two children put you off, the location is far enough away from any real issues Only very slight negative was the size of the rooms for 4 and wardrobe space, but we only used the room to sleep, Overall a great trip and one not to forget, well done Hard Rock and all your Staff, from cleaners to management, 5 out of 5 from the four of us

The hotel is modern and comfortable and the location is good, but the STAFF are exceptional. Friendly, responsive, and helpful, they regularly went beyond every standard I've known in Thailand to offer excellent service and a great stay.

Been here many times and this time didn't disappoint. Staff are awesome, great location, great food and overall brilliant experience. We were there on a team building trip this time round but have gone with family/kids previously and can say all scenarios are just as good as the other!

Spent a week at the hotel. Wow. Absolutely amazing. The staff are all so friendly. The cocktails are amazing and the food is fantastic. Pool area is great and easily spend hours here. The swim up bar and sand bottom pool is a very nice touch. Also located in a great part of Pattaya close to everything. Special shout out to all the pool bar staff Jamie, Eddie, Diamond and Golf. Thank you all so so much for the great time and laughs we had.
